What this site is for

WHO · WHAT · WHEN is a small shared commitment list. Each item answers three questions: who is responsible, what needs to happen, and when it is due.

Create a Space

A Space is the shared place for one group or situation. Create a Space, enter your name, and start adding commitments.

Add a commitment

Use Add commitment, choose WHO, write WHAT, and choose WHEN with asap, today, tomorrow, or pick date. WHAT is short on purpose; use one clear action per commitment.

Choose All for WHO when every active member needs the same commitment. The site creates one separate commitment per member.

Keep the list current

Use Done when a commitment is finished. Open brings it back if it was marked done too early. You can edit WHO, WHAT, or WHEN inline while the commitment is open.

Share a Space

Owners can use Share space to create a link or barcode. Anyone with that link can join the Space.

Add another device

Use Add another device from a device that already has access. The device link is short-lived and single-use, and it connects the new browser to the same account.

Do I need an account, email, or password?

No. The site creates a private device session in your browser. Keep at least one active device if you want to keep access.

What happens if I lose all devices?

There is no recovery flow yet. If every linked device is lost or cleared, that account cannot be restored.

Who can change commitments?

Any active member of a Space can add, edit, delete, complete, and reopen commitments in that Space. Owners also manage sharing, members, and Space settings.

Can a commitment have more than one person?

No. A commitment has one WHO, one WHAT, and one WHEN. If several people each owe the same thing, choose All when creating it to make one commitment per active member.

What does All do under WHO?

All creates a separate commitment for each active member in the Space, using the same WHAT and WHEN. Each person can mark their own commitment Done.

Can WHEN be in the past?

Yes. Past dates are allowed so overdue commitments can be added honestly.

Are there reminders, priorities, tags, or comments?

No. The site intentionally stays smaller than a project-management tool. It is only for clear shared commitments.

Can I stop someone from joining?

Owners can remove members, rotate the Share space link, or disable joining. A removed member loses access immediately.

Where is my data stored?

Commitments, Spaces, members, and device session hashes are stored on the server. Raw session, invite, and device-pairing tokens are not stored.
